Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-made pieces may require additional production time, which will be indicated on the product page.

Do you ship within the EU?

Yes. Senzes ships to all EU countries.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at senzes.jewelry@gmail.com.
Once an order is processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items within 14 days after receiving your order.
Custom-made/bespoke pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or faulty.

How do I request a return or refund?

Follow the three steps listed in our Return Instructions:

  1. Email us to receive your return label

  2. Ship your item with the provided label

  3. Receive your refund or exchange once we receive your item

Do I have to pay return shipping?

Yes. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we’ve received your return.

Are Senzes pieces handmade?

Yes. Our pearl pieces and bespoke designs are crafted by hand, ensuring individuality and character in each piece.

Are pearls real?

Absolutely. Senzes uses genuine freshwater Keshi pearls and selected natural pearls. Each pearl is unique in shape and luster.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

All materials are carefully selected for durability.
To maintain beauty over time, avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, and chemicals.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes. We offer bespoke jewelry designs tailored to your personal style.

How long does a custom piece take?

Depending on complexity, custom-made pieces require 1–4 weeks.

Can custom pieces be returned?

Custom jewelry is final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Store your jewelry in a dry place

  • Avoid water, lotions, and perfumes

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth

  • Store pearls separately to avoid scratches
