Would you like to request a return or refund?

You can follow these three simple steps:

Step 01: Email our Returns Department

Send an email including your name and order number in the subject line.
We will automatically send you your return label.

Download the return label and fill in your details where required.

Step 02: Send your parcel

Ship your items together with the return label to the address indicated on your return label.

Step 03: Receive your refund

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

We strongly recommend shipping your return using a tracked shipping method.
The sender is responsible for the return shipment and the associated shipping costs.
If the parcel cannot be tracked or does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund.
